SLEEVE SYSTEM:
Each medication packet to be dispensed from the Fast-Aid Center is first placed in its own sleeve and then into the machine. Sleeves may be filled all-at-once for many refills and recycle through a slot on the right hand side of the machine for repeat usage. Small to same-size pakets fit into the sleeve while larger items are folded first. Since the sleeve always fits the machine any size medication packet may be dispensed without worries that it will interfere with the operation of the machine. In addition to creating consistent and reliable vending by standardizing all medication packets to fit the machine, the sleeve gives each packet enough weight and firmness so it can be placed in a vertical, three-sided channel. All packets are held securely in place. This eliminates machine jamming and missed vends.
